What happened to Serene Sky's JOURNEY BEGINS album?

For all those who might have been wondering about what happened to Journey Begins, which was supposedly the first studio album of Serene Sky, there is good news because the album has been remastered and will be released along with Hiatus Broken.

Though Journey Begins was recorded at a local studio in Kottayam in the year 2001, the band decided not to release it because of the poor recording quality. Since the band members were novices in the field of recording at that time, they did not have much say in how things turned out. Hard fact is that the vocals and the guitars were completed in a hurry burry manner in just a days time, whereas the so called professionals with the programmed keyboards stuff itself took around two days to finish. The band members tried to get the album mastered at other places but with no luck. It seemed to be way beyond improvement.

But then, the continuing efforts of the band and the different kinds of recording experiments that the band did with their own home studio set ups made them develop a style of their own that was detrimental in the recording of Hiatus Broken. The same techniques helped in making Journey Begins far better than what it actually was. Thus, they already have two rock solid albums in their arsenal, all set to blast off in December.
